Not cashed out?
Not earned.
Crypto Journal is for people who put their own money into crypto and want to know what matters: how much went in, and how much really came back.
Early access: we’re opening the journal in small groups.Trackers count coins.
You spend money.
+40% on screen isn’t money yet
Until profit lands back on your card, one bad week can wipe it out. An exchange shows prices, not what you actually got.
An API key can’t see your card
A key knows your trades. It doesn’t know how many dollars, lira or euros you put in, or how much you later cashed out.
A transfer looks like a loss
Send coins to a cold wallet or gift some to your kid, and a tracker logs a minus, even though the money stayed in the family.
Everything you need
to see your money honestly.
Fiat in and out
Record how much of your money you spent and how much came back. The journal works out the rate and your fiat balance.
No API keys
No static IP, no renewing keys every 30–90 days. You decide what goes where. CSV import is there if you want it.
Portfolios for real life
Long-term, mid-term, your spouse’s, your kid’s, a crypto card, trading. Moving money between them is neither an investment nor a gain.
Average price and shares
For every coin: average buy price, current price and your result. A donut chart shows each asset’s share of the portfolio.
A balance that adds up
Network fees change all the time, and it’s easy to miss one. “Burn” removes the gap with your wallet without muddling your records.
Converter and your currency
Any coin into any currency in one line, for payments, transfers or P2P. Reports in dollars or in your own currency.
One journal for the whole family’s money.
Each portfolio is its own story: its own cold wallet, its own coins, its own result. Plus one total across all of them.

Honestly, who the journal is for.
A good fit if you
- invest your own money and hold crypto for six months or more
- want your real result, not an exchange number
- run several portfolios: yours, your family’s, a crypto card
- can spend thirty seconds logging a transaction
Not a fit if you
- make dozens of leveraged trades a day
- expect everything to sync itself via API
- want signals on what to buy
Questions
Why log things by hand when there are APIs?
An API only sees trades on an exchange. It doesn’t know how much money you sent from your card, what went to a cold wallet or what you moved into your kid’s portfolio. A manual entry takes thirty seconds and shows what no key can.
Is it for traders?
The journal is built for long-term investors. If you trade, give it a separate “Trading” portfolio: the journal will show how much money went in and how much trading really gave back.
Do I need to connect wallets or exchanges?
No. The journal never holds or moves your money, and it needs no keys or access. CSV import is there if it’s easier for you.
Which currency are results in?
You record money in the currency you spent: dollars, euros, lira, reais, pesos. Reports can be in dollars or in your own currency.
