This Cookie Policy explains what the chaosless.app website and the Crypto Journal web app at crypto.chaosless.app store in your browser. It applies together with the Privacy Policy.
1What we use
We use what the sites need to work and, only if you agree, analytics cookies. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
- Sign-in: Google Firebase Authentication keeps your session in the browser storage of crypto.chaosless.app so you stay signed in.
- Settings: the web app keeps your language, currencies, open sections and a local copy of recent prices on your device.
- Website language and your cookie choice: chaosless.app remembers whether you chose Russian or English and whether you accepted analytics.
- Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics sets cookies _ga and _ga_* that keep an anonymous identifier for up to 2 years.
2Third-party content
Fonts on the website load from Google Fonts. Like any website, Google receives your IP address when it delivers them. Charts in the web app may load public market data from Binance and CoinGecko directly.
3Usage statistics
With your consent we use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to count visits, pages viewed, rough location by country, device type and clicks on links to the app. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics. Advertising features are switched off. Without consent, Google receives only cookieless signals without identifiers. The web app also records when you sign in and how long you use it in our own database. This data is never sold or shared for advertising.
4Consent
On your first visit we show a banner: “Accept” turns analytics cookies on, “Decline” keeps them off. You can change your choice at any time with the button below or by clearing site data in your browser.
5Managing storage
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If you do, you will be signed out and your local settings will reset; your journal stays safe in your account.
